Star Trek or Star Wars?

I am a fan of both Star Trek and Star Wars. Star Trek was an amazing series, good scripts, it could hilarious, the catch phrases (Of which Scotty's are my favorite), phasers and many other things.
Star Wars was a revolutionary thing, with an epic storyline, jedi, Darth Vader and other things. All in all it's a hard choice to pick either one for me, but the three prequels they made for Star wars tip the scale in Star Trek's favor. So which one do you like more?

Star Trek is just an overlord of species and such. Seriously, I tried to get into it, and it just blew my mind with all of the alien races and such. So, all this aside my choice is Star Wars. For one it's much easier to understand, and two I just love the video games. The Battlefront games are one of my favorite shooters of all time.

I like the Star Wars seiries a whole lot better. When I first saw it, when I was about five or so, I thought it was a really bad knock-off of Star Wars. I like the new one, though.

I love Star Wars better because I think most people would know Star Wars more they would know Star Trek. Also it would be much cooler being a Jedi than being on the Enterprise.

I like both of them, and both of them have some things I don't like, but if I were stranded in a room for a day with either unlimited star wars DVDs or unlimited star trek DVDs I think I'd choose star trek. For some reason I feel like it would be more interesting.

I, too, love Star Wars! C'mon, Wookies and Bounty Hunters for breakfast is what make the series memorable! =p
