Actually no, this whole post was premade long before NL's ranks were updated. I just didn't want to post it until I actually configured all of these ranks.

Yes, Zeroquest did!

After I earn ranks, am I able to switch to previous titles whenever I want? Like if I get to Elder would I be able to revert to Citizen at any time?
